Sonoran Suites are located in a gated, Southwestern-style apartment complex of two-story, tile-roofed buildings (no elevators) colored in pale desert tones.
Featuring white walls and ceilings, vertical blinds, ceramic-tile entryways, light-colored carpets and kitchen cabinets, and Mexican pottery, the decor and furnishings adhere to the contemporary Southwestern theme.
Each condo contains two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a patio or balcony with outdoor furniture.
Kitchens include four-burner gas ranges, microwave ovens, ice-making refrigerators, dishwashers, cookware, and breakfast bars. Condos each provide a full-sized washer and dryer.
Smoking is not permitted insides condos, only on patios or balconies.
